How are my posters packed?
They are packed in sturdy packages; depending on size and quantity, they sometimes come in flat packages and sometimes loosely rolled. If they arrive rolled, you can gently roll them in the opposite direction to straighten them out, and then place them flat under something heavy, such as books or cutting boards.
How are my posters delivered?
Products are printed upon order. Delivery time varies depending on the product and destination country. The time shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking link via email. There, you can follow the delivery and see information about where and how the package will be delivered.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on posters. If it is a special project or a custom-made poster with something personal to you, we cannot offer a right of withdrawal as it cannot be resold.
